Resident asks for data on Navigate360 contracts and training outcomes

During public comment, Jeff Lanier of Lansdale questioned the district’s recurring contracts with Navigate360 and asked for documented evidence of effectiveness, retention of staff who receive the training, and ongoing costs. Lanier said he found multiple contracts in a records search and estimated the district’s spending on Navigate360 could reach about $122,000 over two years.
