The PSA board convened for its 2026 organizational meeting and elected Derek Kitz as chair and Anthony Graszewski as vice chair. Members moved to close nominations, called for roll call votes, and confirmed the appointments before taking up a work session agenda.
The board opened nominations for chair and, after a motion and second to close nominations, voted to approve Derek Kitz as PSA board chair for 2026. A subsequent vote confirmed Anthony Graszewski as vice chair. Members then nominated and approved a secretary during the meeting’s procedural items.
After officer elections the board opened public address (no speakers) and by motion entered a work session by roll call. The board later approved a consent agenda that included the Dec. 15, 2025 minutes.
The meeting moved from routine organizational business into substantive items, including a consultant presentation on an asset management study and a budget amendment vote later in the session. The board adjourned after member reports and a brief discussion about adopting county ethics standards.
