Marley Patton, the finance/zoning director, presented the comprehensive plan's housing chapter and said it was developed using a 2022 housing study and other resources. Patton and staff noted the chapter addresses single‑family, townhome, multifamily and rental housing needs and identified a shortage of senior independent and light‑rental units.
