Gainesville approves two annexations, adopts new Unified Land Development Code
Council unanimously approved the Brinson annexation for 79 townhomes (13.36 acres), approved a 0.43-acre annexation for two duplexes, and repealed and replaced Title 9 (ULDC); conditions and an amendment to rely on HOA covenants for targeting 25 units to 55+ were part of the Brinson approval.
