Committee advances music‑therapy licensing fix and private security fee change

In executive session the House Postsecondary Education & Workforce Committee adopted amendments delaying implementation dates and voted to report substitute HB 2363 (music therapy licensing temporary supervised practice) and substitute HB 2422 (private security company pays applicant fee) out of committee with due‑pass recommendations; HB 2363 passed by voice with staff reporting 16 ayes, HB 2422 passed on roll call, 9‑7 (one excused).
