The board voted to hold the Lincoln County comprehensive-plan public hearing on March 16 at 10:10 a.m. in the Lincoln County District Courtroom and to include the hearing on the commissioners' regular meeting agenda. Judy Clark of Lincoln County planning told commissioners the comprehensive plan and implementing regulations would be posted digitally "this week" and described combined materials as "about 400 and some odd pages," so staff will provide digital access and bring larger maps for the public hearing.
