City code officers presented evidence, notices and photographs in case after case. In a lot-grading matter at 9 Buffalo Grove Place the city told the board the property had been in violation since Sept. 22, 2025; the city requested a continuing $25-a-day fine totaling $2,675 plus administrative costs and the board approved the city's recommendation.
