At the Aug. 4 work session the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed several individual property cases involving accessory dwelling units, second kitchens and other post‑construction variances. Staff presented three notable code‑enforcement‑linked cases and recommended denial for the ADU or variance requests where unpermitted construction or other violations were documented.
