Commission hears CHAMP benefits pitch; asks staff for payroll analysis

Steve, a representative presenting the CHAMP plan, explained to the Dickinson County commission that CHAMP is a Section 125 pretax offering paired with a preventative, AI-driven health-management product. "The CHAMP plan will also typically see a result in a higher paycheck for your employees," the presenter said, and he outlined a payroll-example showing a pretax deduction and an insurance claim returned as part of net pay.
