City outlines Feb. 17 open house and April 7 workshop for Land Development Code update Phase 2
Planning staff announced an informal open house on Feb. 17 (Hagler Mason Conference Room, 3–6 p.m.) and a formal planning‑board workshop on April 7 as part of Phase 2 of the Land Development Code rewrite. Staff said attendees will be able to review a matrix showing proposed actions and whether items are included now or deferred.

Planning staff updated the board on Phase 2 of the Land Development Code rewrite and encouraged board members and the public to attend two upcoming events: an informal open house on Tuesday, Feb. 17 (Hagler Mason Conference Room, 3–6 p.m.) and a planning‑board workshop on Tuesday, Apr. 7 (2 p.m., same room).
