Commission debates step-raise timing, agrees to continue budget work session for final action
Commissioners debated whether employee step raises should be applied on each employee’s anniversary or uniformly on Oct. 1 and asked staff for a written procedure; they then moved to continue the budget work session (motion made) to allow remaining questions to be resolved before passing the budget.
