Lisa Herrera, director of state and federal funding, presented the district and campus performance objectives for the 2025—26 school year and recommended board approval. The objectives align with the five BISD goals and with state priorities in House Bill 3, including outcome targets for early literacy (60%), early numeracy (63%) and college, career and military readiness (CCMR) at 70%.
