- Jail mat service contract: Commission authorized entering a contract for mat service with Santos (continuing mat service but not renewing work‑release uniforms). Presenter said mat service was about $40–$50 per week to the jail budget. Motion carried by voice vote.
- Courthouse roof/ceiling repairs: Commissioners approved an estimate to seal deteriorated brickwork and apply a silicone roof coating to stop leaks above upstairs offices; total estimated cost $24,655.46. Motion carried by voice vote; classified as capital improvement.
