Planners weigh oversized-structure height, setback questions and stormwater maintenance liability

Hooper City Planning participants reviewed an oversized-structure application and raised questions about height measurement, setbacks and stormwater maintenance obligations. The group sought clarification on whether a small roof "pop" should be counted in the structure's overall height and whether the application would therefore need a conditional-use or similar permit.
