Hooper planning panel approves two oversized-structure permits; Silva permit conditioned on recorded peak height
The Hooper City Planning Commission approved conditional use permits for two oversized structures — one for Cody Benson (2,400 sq ft) and one for Elizabeth Silva (2,100 sq ft). The Silva permit was approved with a condition clarifying the peak height including a 3-foot cupola (total 25 ft, 3 7/8 in).
