Chaffee County approves Silver Cliff Ranch conversion to conforming resort use with limited expansion
The board approved Resolution 2025‑55 recognizing Silver Cliff Ranch as a conforming rural resort use and permitting limited expansion (one new staff dwelling, conversion of a dwelling to office and one accessory structure) after staff found hazards could be mitigated and that the proposal aligns with the comprehensive plan.
