The Board of Supervisors approved a conditional use permit (CUP 2-2025) for an accessory dwelling unit proposed at 194 Flat Lane, the planning staff reported. The proposed detached ADU would total 1,628 gross square feet (about 900 square feet of living area and a roughly 720-square-foot attached two-car garage) on an 11.9-acre R-1 parcel; zoning allows detached accessory dwellings only up to 800 square feet without a CUP.
