At a Valley County meeting Feb. 9, Sharon Belove moved to approve proceeding with a plan discussed in an executive session; the motion was seconded, approved by voice vote, and the 1 p.m. update was canceled with reconvening set for 1:30.

Sharon Belove, a meeting participant, said the group came out of an executive session and moved to approve proceeding with a plan discussed there. "I would move that we approve to proceed with the plan as discussed," she said; a second was recorded and a voice vote was taken with affirmative responses.
