Commission reviews parceling plan for Holiday Hills Blocks H–K
Staff presented a preliminary/final review of parceling in the Royal Holiday Hills development (Blocks H, I, J and a portion of K), describing commercial parcels, a portion of Block K intended for townhouses adjacent to MetLife Lane, and noting the city engineer has provided preliminary approval; final roadway/alignment details will be resolved in final engineering review.
