The Plan Commission recommended the village board approve the final plat for the Granite Ridge subdivision (project 20250324), proposed by Riverside Land Surveying and Timber Ridge Builders LLC. Staff described a two-phase project that would create 67 single-family homes and 20 duplex/twin-home lots along State Highway 29, with construction anticipated to start in the coming year.
