Wausau HR Committee to replace spreadsheet-based report with Workday dashboards
Wausau’s HR director told the HR Committee the current spreadsheet-based HR report is being replaced with validated dashboards fed from Workday, promising trend data, payroll and overtime by department and workers' compensation counts by next month.

Director Nowak told the Wausau HR Committee that the HR report previously provided to members was "homegrown off of spreadsheets and manual data compilation" and did not always reflect personnel movements across the city. She said she has been working with IT and finance to validate data coming from the city's Workday platform and that dashboards are in place but "not clean yet." She told the committee she hopes the validated dashboards will be ready by next month.
