Board discusses Cypress Ridge sewer capacity and Sherwood Forest grant deadline

Board members said the Cypress Ridge development proposes about 55 houses but current sewer capacity supports approximately 26; the sanitary district is bonded and may need lift-station work estimated at over $1 million. The Conservation Foundation-approved Sherwood Forest project must be completed by Aug. 1 to preserve grant funding.
