Advisory board approves revised Property Safety Enhancement program guidelines, forwards to CRA/City Commission
The advisory board voted 10–0 to approve revised guidelines for a Property Safety Enhancement program that shifts from forgivable loans to conditional reimbursement, tightens eligibility and reduces retention from five to three years; staff said $250,000 is budgeted for fiscal year 2026.
