Board votes: appointments, retirements and two rezoning ordinances adopted
On Jan. 13 the Richland County Board appointed Kevin Nolan to County Supervisor District 10, confirmed an emergency management director, adopted retirement resolutions for Christian Cipack and Sandra Campbell, and approved two parcel rezoning ordinances. A motion to fund an EMS study also passed with two opposing votes.
