The Paulding County Board of Commissioners amended and adopted a resolution confirming an executive session for the purpose of "real estate and litigation," after a commissioner noted the agenda item incorrectly listed "personnel." The chair accepted the correction, a motion to approve the corrected resolution was made and seconded, and the chair called for an "Aye" vote.
