The Rush Valley Planning and Zoning Commission voted Feb. 4 to approve a conditional-use permit and accompanying building permit for a basement accessory dwelling unit at 151 North Crulix owned by Scott Hawkins. The commission recorded that the ADU will include two bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms and that parking must be accommodated on private property — no on-street parking is permitted.
