Iowa County board adopts amendment allowing snow removal until 6 p.m. or dusk

Speaker 3 moved the board into a public hearing and Speaker 5 summarized the proposed change to the county snow-and-ice policy, saying the amendment replaces the previous phrase about pushing snow “until dusk” with a clearer standard allowing crews to push snow “until 6 p.m. or dusk, whichever is later.” Speaker 5 said the wording aims to better match “our current operations” rather than change how crews operate.
