Staff says Concord Industrial Park needs minor buffer changes to preserve county stormwater access
County staff told the Planning Commission that Concord Industrial Park requires minor special exceptions to eliminate a berm and modify buffer plantings so county maintenance access to an adjacent stormwater pond is preserved; intensity and scale remain outstanding issues.
