Trumbull County recommends $21,000 contract for EMA relocation design
County staff recommended hiring Baker, Bednar & Snyder for design and technical specifications for the Trumbull County EMA relocation improvements project, at a cost of $21,000 and a design window of roughly 30 days with bids expected by mid‑March.

John Hickens told the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners he selected Baker, Bednar & Snyder following walkthroughs of three local architecture firms and a comparison of proposals. "I am recommending to the board that we hire Baker Bettendor and Snyder in the amount of 21,000," Hickens said, adding the firm will provide drawings and initial meeting participation.
