Weld County approves two easement agreements for Galeton Drainage project
The board authorized memoranda of agreement to acquire a temporary construction easement (1,574 sq. ft., $2,457) from MoJack Enterprises LLC and a right-of-way conveyance (0.155 acres, $1,560) from Bridal Dock Farms LLC for the Galeton Drainage Improvements project; both purchases are funded in the 2026 Public Works budget.

WELD COUNTY — The Weld County Board of County Commissioners approved two agreements to secure property interests needed for the Galeton Drainage Improvements project on County Road 74 between Grandview Avenue and County Road 51.
