Dover council approves liquor-code amendment reading and rezoning for Pillow Street

The Town of Dover council approved a first reading of Ordinance No. 491-24, an amendment to Title 8 of the Dover Municipal Code addressing liquor-related provisions, and adopted Ordinance No. 492-24 to change a property’s zoning from R1 to R3 on Pillow Street during its meeting that included routine business and committee reports.
