City staff recommended awarding the 2024 Roadway Maintenance Project to RDC Paving after receiving five bids; staff noted the low bid allowed the project to include additional work on Butler Ranch Road via change order number 1. "RDC Paving was the lowest bid you have in there," staff said, and the city engineer recommended the award and the change order.
