Council authorizes multiple agreements and a property acquisition after executive session
After an executive session, the council authorized the city manager to finalize terms for an agreement discussed in closed session (item 13b), approved acquisition of real property (13c) contingent on council review of the final agreement, and approved an agreement with the EDC related to Project Comida (13e2).
