Committee approves Route 66 centennial license plate bill with emergency clause
A state transportation committee voted unanimously to pass House Bill 3147, creating a voluntary Route 66 Centennial specialty license plate whose proceeds will support the Oklahoma Route 66 Association for preservation, education and promotion.
