Peter told the steering committee he had finished a draft proposal to form a data‑coordination work group to move the county’s justice‑data project forward and planned to review the draft with Seth, Paul and others before placing it in the next meeting packet.
"I have just today finished a draft that I'm gonna go over with Seth, Paul and others," Peter said, and asked for time on an upcoming IPRTF agenda to present ideas for how the work group would advance the data project.
Staff reminded members of packet deadlines: because of the holiday Jill said, "I will need to send out the packet this Friday, the thirteenth. Ideally, I would have it by end of day on Thursday, but if we need to push that till noon on Friday, that's we can do that." Members committed to meeting that schedule.
Maya reported that a pretrial‑processes work group had discussed a validation study with detailed statistics; Jill said that presentation was recorded and "is on the IPRTF's YouTube page" and that she would circulate the link so members and subcommittees could review the material ahead of discussion.
Peter said he would convene colleagues to finalize the draft for the packet and asked staff to include the item on the next IPRTF agenda.
