COSAC seeks better tracking: committee asks for application spreadsheet upgrades
Committee requested additions to the applications spreadsheet (columns for original request, COSAC recommendation, council-approved amounts, funding source, application dates and a scoring column) to improve transparency and make dollars-per-acre comparisons across projects easier.

After approving the agenda, members turned to a shared applications spreadsheet. Speaker 3 proposed adding columns to show: the dollar amount requested in the original application, what COSAC recommended, and what the council ultimately approved. He said these three columns would make year-over-year comparisons and reporting to council easier.
