Cache County Council votes to form study committee on county's form of government

The Cache County Council voted to form a five-member study committee under UCA 17-52a-3 to examine whether the county should keep its council-executive structure or adopt an alternative (council-manager or commission). The committee will include two council appointees and three COG appointees and is charged with public outreach and a recommendation by December 2025.
