Board approves minor PDD amendment to allow reduced setback at Victory Meadows
The Suamico Village Board approved a minor PDD amendment to allow a 6-foot side-yard setback on the north end of the Victory Meadows condominium after zoning staff said moving the building would require altering a water easement and redoing installed utilities and state approvals.
