The applicant responded that a drainage plan is on file and under review and clarified that the 1‑foot change referenced at the hearing applies only to the back portion under consideration tonight.
After asking questions and reviewing the site and previous approvals, board members found view equity met and voted 3–0 to adopt the resolution approving design review and the categorical CEQA exemption.
