Board backs architectural services contract and recommends several redevelopment grants

Angela Armstrong noted the architectural proposal would help staff package projects for competitive RFPs and provide developers with feasibility visuals and cost estimates. The board asked for examples of the consultant's prior work, and staff agreed to provide project examples to the board before final commission action.
The utility box wrapping item (estimates from Wrapmaster and DME) was presented as information and will return to the board for artwork review when designs are available.
These actions were presented to the CRA/city commission as recommendations; final contract approvals and grant appropriations will be handled at subsequent city/CRA meetings.
