On Feb. 11, the East Ridge Housing Commission closed three long-running code-enforcement files (3606 Myra Ave, 6101 Marietta St, 4107 Ely Rd) and continued a hazardous-property matter at 1200 Forest Green Drive to March, ordering the property secured with no overnight habitation while a pending sale proceeds.
