The board approved budget appropriations for JMAT, FireEMS and an animal shelter van, reappointed several commission members, and set public hearings Feb. 17 on a road abandonment and zoning amendments for confined feeding operations; the transit feasibility study funding was discussed and funds will be earmarked.
