Staff said they will work with city legal and council sponsors to prepare the resolution and seek council sponsorship so the additions may be considered for formal adoption. If council approves the resolution, staff will expand outreach and the mailing list for the facade grant program to the larger set of properties; if not, staff will initially notify the smaller, currently approved set.
