Carmel Historic Preservation Commission held a regular meeting that included approval of minutes, budget and staff reports, election of officers, approval to remove a structure at 451 Emerson Road, direction on meeting location/recording, adoption of ~1,100 additional properties for the Carmel historic survey, a decision to target $30,000 for the spring facade grant round, and continued work on the North Rangeline Road preservation plan.
