Kelly, the city’s project manager for the bicycle and pedestrian plan, and Jimmy Jessup of Parametrix reviewed an update to San Rafael’s 2018 plan, saying the team had conducted an existing-conditions assessment, a first-round outreach campaign and had drafted goals, prioritization criteria and a pedestrian priority network.
