The Hancock County Board of Supervisors on Dec. 1 accepted staff’s recommendation to award McLeod Park Bulkhead Phase 1 to Cycle Construction Company for the base bid amount of $1,183,342 and authorized proceeding contingent on required bonds, insurance and a forthcoming budget amendment for the local share shortfall.
