At the Committee of the Whole meeting staff reported strong public feedback about subordinate government service districts and suggested a working group to evaluate options, including possible dissolution. "So, I think we landed on dissolving. There seemed to be a lot of support for that note," staff said, framing the item as information and a path to develop solutions.
