The East Point City Council on Feb. 16 adopted an ordinance amending the official zoning map to rezone property at 2461 McAlpine Terrace (case P2025RZ‑001‑11) from RL (Residential Limited) to R‑2 (two‑family dwelling). The council also voted to waive the ordinance’s first reading and proceed with adoption.
