Supervisor Ingram proposed convening neighboring counties in the Northern Neck to pursue regional solutions for septic waste, biosolids concerns and shared emergency training. He framed the idea as an effort to pool resources after last year’s illegal dumping and to reduce costs for rural residents who currently travel long distances to dispose of septic waste.
