Votes at a glance: New Castle County Council adopts multiple budget, zoning and code measures
On Dec. 9 the council adopted a package of ordinances and resolutions including R25-204 (Country Club Estate plan), R25-205 (employee handbook amendment), R25-206 (EMS commendation) and a series of budget/grant ordinances (25-147 through 25-156). Several routine rezonings and code cleanups also passed.
